Guidelines on order cancellations and money refunds.
As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation. If you cancel your order after it has been accepted by the restaurant, MyKhana shall have a right to charge a penalty of 100% of the order amount as compensation for the restaurant's food wastage.
If the order cannot be delivered due to your mistake (e.g., wrong address, phone unreachable), the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund will be issued.
You may be entitled to a refund only in the following cases:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original source of payment (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
