Platform Role

MyKhana is a technology platform that connects users with local restaurants.

👉 MyKhana does NOT prepare food, deliver food, or control restaurant operations.

Restaurant Responsibility

Food quality, quantity, hygiene, packaging, and delivery are solely the responsibility of the restaurant.
Delays, wrong items, food issues, or delivery problems must be resolved by the restaurant directly.
MyKhana is not liable for restaurant-related disputes.

⚠️ Misuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who place fake, abusive, or repeated cancellation orders.

We may take legal action against users involved in fraud or misuse.

Restaurant Misconduct & Legal

If any restaurant tries to take orders directly outside MyKhana, misuses user data, or bypasses the platform, RTX Enterprise reserves the right to suspend/block them.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Indian law and courts of Rajasthan only.
